Terms Of Service

❖ DISCLAIMER

✦ By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.✦ My artwork must not be used for AI training, NFTs, or commercial purposes without explicit permission.✦ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

❖ RIGHTS & USAGE

✦ Commissions are for personal use only, unless we agree otherwise.✦ You can post the artwork online as long as visible credit and a link to my profile are included.✦ You may print the art for yourself, but you cannot resell it or use it on merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, etc.).✦ You are not allowed to modify, trace, or use my artwork as a base without my permission.✦ If it's an adoptable, you own the character, but the artwork itself remains mine unless agreed otherwise.

❖ PAYMENT

✦ Payment is made upfront (100% or 50% first, 50% before I send the final file) via PayPal or bank transfer, in euro.✦ I will send you an invoice—do not send payment before I confirm I can accept your commission.✦ Payments must be made within 48 hours after the invoice is sent. Late payment may result in cancellation.✦ Payments are considered for digital art services only. Nothing physical will be shipped.

❖ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

✦ Full refund only if I haven’t started the sketch.✦ No refunds once I begin the sketch.✦ If I cancel a project, I will refund you in full, including any fees.✦ Chargebacks without prior discussion will lead to blacklisting.

❖ DEADLINES & DELIVERY

✦ You can request a deadline before payment, but I may refuse if the timeline is too short.✦ Hard deadlines will add a supplementary fee to the commission. (20% of the total price of the commission.)✦ Once paid, I usually begin within 2 weeks and take up to 2 months in total to finish the work.✦ Feel free to ask about progress, butI do not tolerate harassment or repeated reminders about it.✦ I work based on strict order of requested work, but I will prioritize commissioner who paid a fee for hard deadline.

❖ REVISIONS

✦ A sketch will be shared after payment within 2 weeks.✦ You can request up to 2 major changes during the sketch phase.✦ Minor changes may be accepted later, but full redraws will require a new commission.✦ If you don’t give feedback when asked, you accept the result as is.

❖ FINAL ARTWORK

✦ Artwork style may vary slightly from gallery samples—my style is not up for change.✦ Credit is required when posting the art publicly.✦ Please save your files—I keep commissions for up to 3 months, but loss may still happen.✦ I may post your commission (with proper character credit) unless a privacy/NDA was requested.

❖ PRIVACY (OPTIONAL NDA)

✦ If you want your commission to stay private (no WIPs posted or streamed), mention it upfront.✦ NDA/private options may cost extra (+10% of the commission price).✦ This is especially relevant for VTubers or time-sensitive projects.
